We’ve just unlocked (pardon the pun) a new feature on the Secure Your World marketplace – security service bookings. You can now find and book your local locksmith or security professional through the Secure Your World website.
From door locks to CCTV systems, our network of highly skilled security professionals can take your security solution from concept through to completion. Better yet, all our service providers must be licensed members of the relevant peak body to their industry. Locksmiths, for example, must be a member of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia (MLAA) before they can list on our platform.
How can I book a service on Secure Your World?
From the Secure Your World homepage, services are listed under the ‘services’ tab in the top left-hand corner. For easy navigation, we have split service listings between Residential Locksmith Services, Commercial Locksmith Services, Automotive Locksmith Services and Camera & Alarm Installation Services.
Once you’ve selected the relevant category to your job, you can further refine your results using the filters on the left-hand side. For example, you may wish to only view service providers that are located within a certain distance from your home or business. You can also filter results according to a keyword or date/availability.
Service providers can list either a specific service (i.e. front door re-keying) or a broader, more generalist service (i.e. locksmith services). In either case, it is likely that the service provider will need you to provide a few details about the job before they can provide you with an accurate quote. These details include your name, address, email address, phone number, preferred call-out date and time as well as a brief description of your job. All that’s left to do is click ‘Send Enquiry’ and wait for a quote to come through. Some service providers may get in contact to get some more information
Do I need a Secure Your World account to be able to book a service?
You do not need to have a Secure Your World account to contact a service provider. Simply fill in the required details in the enquiry form and away you go!
