A cost effective, simple to use, simple to set up, offline, Data-on-Card, Access Control System designed for commercial and accommodation facilities. The Lockwood Integral Access platform is a wire free system - no wiring required, saving considerable installation time and money, making it ideal for both new and existing applications. The platform utilises RFID cards and fobs for access, that can be easilyprogrammed to allow or restrict access to certain areas or rooms eliminates the risks and associated costs with managing, losing, or having keys stolen.
Access Cards
User Cards: Opens locks (when granted applicable access rights) within the Access Control System within a specific time period. The access rights for each user are programmed by the software and encoder. User cards will not open doors that have the internal Privacy mode set.
Floor Card: Unlocks all rooms of a specific floor in a valid period, except if the room is locked from within (Privacy).
Zone Card: Unlocks all rooms of a specific zone (building) in a valid period, except if the room is locked from within (Privacy).
Global Access Card: Unlocks all doors in a valid period, except if the room is locked from within (Privacy).
Security Card: Unlocks all doors in a valid period, including doors that have been locked from within (Privacy).
One time User Card: Unlocks selected door during a valid time period but expires after use.
Access Management Setting Cards
Locks Identification Card: Set the Address ID of door lock
Lock Real-Time Card: Set the door lock real time
Recorder Card: Reads the Audit Trail Information from the locking devices
Cancel Staff Card: Cancels lost staff cards (Floor, Zone, Global, Security)

3.1 Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for used smart locks. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
3.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged smart lock, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

For faulty products, Terry's Locksmiths offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
