The all new Yale Aeron is a Smart Window Control System designed to operate your windows at the touch of a button, whether using a wall switch or the Aeron Wireless Remote, or even from anywhere around the world using your smart device with the Yale Home App. The perfect solution to control hard-to-reach windows or those that are too heavy to be operated by hand. The Smart Aeron Window Control System offers the perfect combination of convenience, flexibility and safety with the ability to control up to 30 windows from a single hub, opening and closing windows individually or in groups using the Yale Home App or Aeron Remote.



Designed to support Yale Aeron Smart Window Actuators throughout your home, the Aeron Wireless Remote works in conjunction with the Yale Hub - keeping all smart actuators connected using Zigbee mesh technology. Yales Aeron Wireless Remote is a modern designed, user-friendly hand-held device which can control up to 30 Aeron Window Actuators. The Aeron system remote can Open or Close individual or groups of windows with just the press of the button.



Users have the option to instantly close all windows at once when leaving the building or locking up for the night if all actuators are grouped together. Aeron remote allows you to easily decide which window or group of windows you would like to: Open or Close. For easy installation, Remote can be set into the Engineering mode to allow installer to test the Actuators without the need of internet.

    We do not accept returns for used smart locks. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

If you receive a defective or damaged smart lock, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

For faulty products, Terry's Locksmiths offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.


If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.


Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.


When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Reason why you are returning the product

  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
