The TSE-5652 Electronic door lock from BURG-WÄCHTER
Replace an existing keyed fixed cam double euro cylinder with a BURG-WÄCHTER TSE Cylinder to give the end user the convenience of using a key pad, mobile phone or fingerprint to open the door. Â
NEW: The electronic door lock with finger scan module and mechanical emergency lock
Opening doors has never been easier : With the BURG WACHTER secuENRTY easy series of electronic door locks easily access your property via Pin code, Finger print, RFID or via your smart phone using Bluetooth.
Finger Prints: Up to 24 fingerprints can be programmed. For opening, you only need to move one programmed finger centrally from top to bottom over the finger scan of the keypad – the cylinder switches automatically via Bluetooth.
Pin Code:Â Up to 50 individual 6 digit pin codes can be programmed in to the key pad.
Phone Access: With the KeyApp for your smartphone, you can grant yourself access with a quick and simple click. For different users, several smartphones can easily be programmed.
The free BURG-WÄCHTER App with 30 access operations is available in the AppStore and Google Play Store.Â
All access information during the opening process via Bluetooth are reliably AES encrypted and optimally protected against manipulation.
Compatible with almost every door using a fixed cam EURO Cylinder
The electronic cylinder can individually be adjusted to all doors with a thickness of up to 118 mm (59/59). It is applicable for both inside as well as outside doors. For assembly, no additional drillings are necessary – the existing fittings remain unchanged.
Please consider that the secuENTRY keypad needs to be installed in a weather-protected area (protection class IP 55) and within a door radius of up to 4 metres.Â
User administration via PC software
Optionally you can purchase the TSE software for your windows computer – for a handy administration of all users. Grant and withdraw access rights or read out the access history to have an extensive overview of all opening operations at all times.
The secuENTRY easy 5602 Fingerprint set includes one electronic secuENTRY easy cylinder, one keypad with finger scan module, batteries and a user and installation guide.

3.1 Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for used smart locks. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
3.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged smart lock, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

For faulty products, Terry's Locksmiths offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
